Anxiety is our body’s natural response to stress or anything that seems unpleasant. Anxiety rests in the future and anything that is we deem to be happening in the coming times and which is causing worry is termed as anxiety.
When these fears, thoughts and apprehensions last or persist for a long time and also start interfering with our day to day functioning, these could be signs of an anxiety disorder. The feelings of fear and stress stay with the person or get triggered very easily, impairing his or her functionality as these feelings start getting very intense. Anxiety is an emotional disorder which prevents us from doing our tasks, meeting people and generally being fully functional and if left untreated keeps getting worse.

CHILD AND ADOLESCENT COUNSELLING
Children and adolescents experience a many mix of emotions and feelings as they are growing up, learning social skills and are also developing their emotional quotients. Each phase of a child’s development brings unique challenges and difficulties for children and teens.
They may be struggling with body image issues, conflict at home, may be struggling emotionally, physically, socially etc. They may be acting aggressively or exhibiting reckless behaviour or simply being defiant. They could be abusing drugs or substances, could be battling a variety of mental health issues. Such breakdowns almost always interfere with their sense of security and well being and thus cause many hurdles in their social intellectual and emotional developments. Here therapy can be a very potent tool to overcome these difficulties.
The focus in therapy is placed on identifying the underlying problems which are inhibiting their development and thereby bring in lasting changes in behaviour and overall well- being.
Grief Counselling
Grief is an inevitable, inescapable part of life. It is a natural response to losing someone we care about or deeply love.
Everyone’s experience of grief and bereavement is very individual and personal, affecting each one differently. When the emotions become too intense and you feel stagnated and unable to function or cope with day to day life then it becomes important to seek help of a therapist.

Grief comes up not only as sadness, it can even show up as guilt, yearning, anger and regret.
ANGER MANAGEMENT
Anger usually is considered a completely normal, healthy human response, emotion to situations. But when it starts getting out of control and turns destructive it leads to multiple problems – such as problems at work place, breakdowns in inter personal relationships and impacting the overall quality of life. Passive aggressive behaviour, screaming, shouting and violent outbursts are signs of acute and uncontrollable anger.
PARENTing COACHING
While being parents is an absolute joy and an exhilarating experience it is also one of the biggest and the most important challenges. It can be very an overwhelming and exhausting experience.
I as a parent coach aim and intend to help parents create a healthy, happy life for themselves and their children.
As a coach I help parents discover an identify their strengths as well as certain areas that need to be worked upon. One does not need to be a new parent to take coaching it can be very transformative for both the parent and the child at any age and stage.
Coaching is about providing the tools to raise responsible and happy adults out of children and it starts by becoming a role model for them as they are constantly mirroring from you.
You, the parent and I, the coach together can create new ways to recognize your immense potential that you as parents possess to create and chalk out a meaningful and a happier life for yourself and your children. You are allowed to ask for help.
Effective studying techniques
Hypnotherapy is an effective tool in psychotherapy and is widely used in counselling sessions
and during interventions. It assists in people being able to explore painful feelings, thoughts and
past memories which have remained hidden form our conscious awareness. It works well with
the subconscious mind where the subconscious state is very receptive to suggestions and inputs
which are then made into real behaviour changes.
“ Most people walk through the world in a trance of disempowerment , our work is to trans
from that state into a trance of empowerment”.
